Serenity Acres Return Policy

We want you to love your Serenity Acres products as much as we love making them. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase from SerenityGoats.com, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

To begin the return process, please use our Contact Us form and include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you’d like to return

• The reason for your return

Once we receive your request, we’ll provide next steps for sending your items back.

Return Shipping

• A flat-rate return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund if you choose receiving a return label

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Serenity Acres is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns during shipping. If you’re concerned, please use the tracking number provided by your carrier.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3 business days after your return is received and inspected.

• Once processed, funds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your original payment account.

• Refunds will reflect the purchase price and applicable sales tax, less the $8 return shipping fee if you chose a return label

Important Notes

• At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

• Partial gift sets cannot be returned; only complete gift sets are eligible for a refund.

• Items damaged due to misuse, spills, drops, or theft cannot be returned or refunded.

• All seasonal or limited-edition items may be final sale. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Retail Partner Purchases

If you purchased Serenity Acres products through a retail partner, boutique, or event, please follow that retailer’s return policy. We can only process returns for items purchased directly from SerenityGoats.com.

Protecting Fair Returns

We reserve the right to review high volumes of returns to help prevent misuse and ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our farm friends.
