Excited About New Serenity Acres Products and Craft Shows!

Christmas in August with my goat friends and the christmas spice soap!

Phew! What a month so far! It's been a whirlwind. Literally, from a windy Debby to making lots of soaps and lotions and sheabutter and many more products. I want to thank everyone for your very encouraging words and texts and emails in response to my last newsletter and we are moving forward excited for the future. We are placing the order for the new sleeves soon so we can have them in time for the shopping season and the holiday craft shows.

Upcoming Events and Craft Shows 2024 Yes! Serenity Acres will be back to the usual craft shows this year, my friend Roe is taking a serious interest in our soapery (as she calls it) and has been a fantastic help and you will hear much more about her, I'm sure. She calls her goats the Sassy Squad and is even more devoted to her goats than I am, if that is even possible :). So, Serenity Acres will be a part of the Millpond Plantation farm tour this year, not on the farm, but as a participant on location at Millpond Plantation on Saturday, October 12 from 10a - 5p, and Sunday, October 13 from 12 noon - 5 p. Serenity Acres will also be back at Merry Marketplace in Valdosta on Saturday, November 16 from 8a - 5p and Sunday, November 17 from 12 noon - 5p. We have put in our application for the Calico Holiday Show in Moultrie, but we are on the waitlist (sniff). Granted, we were a bit late in applying, but maybe things will work out in our favor and Serenity Acres can be back this year, if not, Serenity Acres will be there in the spring!

Our Christmas Spice Goatmilk Soap is cured and active in the store and we are shipping it out as fast as you order it! It's by far my favorite soap scent and I'm so happy that we have made it, I have already my and Wayne's stashes set aside LoL. It's perfectly spicey but not strong, earthy but also delicate. If you love Frankincense and Myrrh, this will be your new favorite.

Sheabutter Looking ahead to the cooler months with dry and cracking skin, we have prepared a nice batch of creamy sheabutter. It's active and ready in the store, so don't delay and order yours, so you have it in time for the cooler weather. Not that I can really even think of cool weather right now, North Florida is still in the 90s and hooomid.
